LED Illumination Solutions

Navitar offers two high-performance LED-based illumination products: BrightLight Coaxial Illuminators and Ring Light Illuminators. These lighting systems are engineered to seamlessly integrate with Navitar’s advanced optical platforms, including the Resolv4K, Zoom 6000, 12X Zoom, and Precise Eye systems.

Each illumination unit is precisely designed with strategically positioned LED to deliver uniform, powerful lighting across the entire field of view. This ensures consistent image quality and enhances the performance of machine vision and inspection systems.

Expanded Wavelength Options: IR and SWIR LEDs

To meet the growing demand for specialized imaging applications, Navitar also offers Infrared (IR) and Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) LED options. These extended wavelength illuminators are ideal for applications requiring non-visible illumination, such as semiconductor inspection, where visible light is ineffective.

Navitar is pleased to offer Moritex on-axis illumination and ring lighting solutions for use with the Zoom 6000, 12X Zoom, and Zoom 6000 and 12X UltraZoom lens models.

Moritex on axis illuminator and ring light options deliver high contrast images, little to no edge glare, and additional wavelengths to choose from.
